Hi, I'm Miho.

I’ve loved drawing ever since I could remember.  My family would take monthly trips to the Japanese supermarket where my mom would buy me a girl’s manga called “Ribon”.  I muscled through the queasiness from reading in a car, just to lay my eyes on those girlishly scandalous stories on the ride home. Upon return, I would lock the door to my room and attempt to draw my own comic—but usually not getting any further than a few pages, due to my lack of juicy story ideas.  My mom and my sister, I later found out, read these as entertainment.

Though embarrassing, that didn’t discourage me from pursuing it further.  I graduated from Brown University with a double major in Visual Arts and History of Art and Architecture in 2009.  In 2010, I continued my studies at Savannah College of Art and Design, where I graduated with an MA in Animation.  I am currently working and living in California.

This is my art so far.
